an interruption in the water supply

The Water Board of Lemesos announces that on Saturday, 4th November 2023 from 07:30 until approximately 14:00, there will be an interruption in the water supply to the North of the Paniotis area of the Germasogeia Municipality and also in part of the Sfalangiotissa area of the Agios Athanasios Municipality. ​

The area affected is:​

• East of Karolou Koun Street in the Municipality of Agios Athanasios up to Christakis Theodosiou Street (Post-Lycean Institute Street) in the Municipality of Germasogeia and North of Economou Nikolaos Marneros Avenue up to the German Oncology Center.​

• South of Economou Nikolaos Marnerou Avenue in the Municipality of Germasogeia.​

• Katinas Tryphonos, Dodonis, Ivi, Niovi and Kallistis streets in the Municipality of Germasogeia.​

• The streets, Melina Merkouri, Agnoumena, Agios Dionysiou, Costa Monti, Semelis, Angelos Sikelianos, Grigoris Auxentiou, and the northern part of Vasou Germasoiti Street in the Panioti area in the Municipality of Germasogeia.​

• The area north of Sfalangiotsis Street from its junction with Gesthimanis Street to Charalambou and Elenis Odysseos Street in the Sfalangiotissa area of the Municipality of Agios Athanasios.​

The interruption is due to improvement works in the water supply network.​
